Job Description
- Collecting all the project's data and information from the main office (project package such as drawings, specification, BOQ, .etc.).
- Assign projects scope, time, cost and quality as per agreed specifications in all phases from initiation till handover.
- Close coordination with all projects stakeholders to maintain and sustain smooth cooperation between all departments in efficient & effective way for facilitating delivering business results.
- Drive Project from Initiation till handover following project process in Hybrid approach using Charter flow and WBS.
- Make general and detailed time schedule with proper estimation from planning till execution.
- Assure that we can meet deadlines by checking material availability and current work capacity at the beginning of the project.
- Classify sub- contractors according to (specialization / certification / quality / prices).
- Provide updated installation price list to sales department.
- Handling technical queries, Procurement requirements & Governance.
- Manage and follow up payment terms / revisions / modifications.
- Monitoring and controlling all the project constraints (cost, quality, safety, etc.), and ensuring that the project is delivered on time within budget and scope.
- Establish Critical Issues, Key Challenges, and Key Success Factors with Action Plan to be well communicated to all stakeholders.
- Present weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and consultant as per the project quality plan or as required.
Job Requirements
- Architecture/Civil Engineering background.
- (20 : 25) years’ experience in a different construction projects type.
- Proven working experience as a project manager (In Egypt at least 5 years)
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have clear understanding in Projects Cycle and Activities, Contracts Administration and Agile/Hybrid Approaches.
- Excellent computer knowledge.
