Job Description

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring that personnel processes are efficient and effective
  • You will collaborate with various departments to streamline payroll processes and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Your expertise in HR operations will be crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals
  • strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Egypt
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Suggest new HR strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on personnel management and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Egypt.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
