Job Description
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring that personnel processes are efficient and effective
- You will collaborate with various departments to streamline payroll processes and enhance employee satisfaction
- Your expertise in HR operations will be crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals

- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on personnel management and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Egypt.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
