Job Description
He is Responsible of day to day job purchasing tasks and various orders obtained from the company planning section and various departments, making sure that all purchasing within his area of responsibility is done according to the company policy and procedures and standard approved quality.
Duties:
- Responsible for making sure deliver all purchased items to stores or department requested according to the agreed upon specifications and execution period list.
- Responsible for Preparing periodically pending reports include all items exceeding its lead time according the agreed upon execution period list.
- Responsible for Coordinating search with sourcing for new products or idea within his purchasing section then inform his direct supervisors and follow up its usage feasibility till proven success or declined.
- Responsible for Implementing all procedures and regulation set by the Senior Corporate Supply Chain Manager within inside the purchasing department which enable the department to take its course toward achieving the company overall targets.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in Food Purchasing.
- BSc of Supply Chain or Logistics or Business Administration.
- knowledge of custom clearance will be advantage
- Excellent communication in English.
- strong personality .
- Effective Communication & Negotiation Skills.
