Job Description
Role PurposeTo promote and sell the division products, achieve and exceed personal target as part of department total target and Follow up current and future customers and fulfill their requirement with high professionalismJob Accountabilities & Activities Extend the customer portfolio by Identifying new customers and new sales opportunities. Perform analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Follow- up the customers on regular basis. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives. Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through the visits and telephone calls. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Increase the market share in the assigned region Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction Monitoring the market and competitor’s activities Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in business relatedRequired Years Of Experience2 – 4 years’ sales experience in the same field
