Job Description
- Maintain all machines, tools, and equipment in the production lines and other premises to ensure continuous production operations.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize maintenance costs, and get the max. utilization of labor and materials.
- Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Prepare department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
- Evaluate the current workforce skills and suggest the needed training programs to improve their capabilities.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) is a MUST
- Very Good in English Language
- 2-4 years of Experience in automotive industry or Manufacturing
- Excellent in Communication Skills
