Job Description
- Lead CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT projects & efforts, engage with people & spread the proactive culture within the organization.
- Support and coach CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT workshops, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Projects Cross functional Teams and improvement activities & requirements.
- Act as a change agent and a catalyst for new CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT initiatives & Kaizen ideas generation ensuring structured activities follow up, supports project teams with CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT methodology
- Effectively communicate with project team the projects requirements, and spread CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT awareness among work groups.
- Conduct shop-floor activity analyses, interviews, data gathering, and analysis and compile into improvement opportunities and impact in loss & waste analysis.
- Coordinate, coach & develop company CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT projects that is aligned with the company annual performance targets, while supporting the projects teams with CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT methodologies.
- Follow up, integrate the replication of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT best practices, initiatives & kaizen ideas across different areas inside the organization which maximize the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT initiatives gain for the organization.
- Identify, validate, initiate and drive new improvement opportunities
- Run & own improvement projects delivering value to the organization
- Playing the role of internal trainer & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Capability developer for different staff levels.
