Job Description
- Each Supervisor manages his area’s ASPs performance & commitment.
- Manage pending repair to be closed within promise period to customer.
- Manage any problems faces ASPs and solve.
- Works on ASPs coverage effectiveness and optimization.
- Responsible to get new ASPs upon company’s business expansion in market.
- Monitor ASP weak points and set a plan for improvement.
- Establish backup coverage plan per each region in his area.
- Monitor ASPs KPIs are within target.
- Apply penalties for ASP’s misconduct upon company policy.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 3:5 years of experience in ASPs supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good in English
