Develop and implement procurement strategies for sushi ingredients
Source and manage local & international suppliers to ensure premium quality

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business / Hospitality
5–7 years’ procurement experience (3+ in F&B or hospitality)
Strong expertise in sourcing sushi ingredients & seafood suppliers
Proven supplier network (local & international)
