Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related HR function.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
