Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify data-driven solutions for talent management and organizational development.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends and support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR information systems and analytics platforms.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Support the implementation of HR technology solutions and process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics to support company goals.
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and data management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related HR function.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
