Warehouse Manager

1. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
2. Develops procedures and policies to preserve warehouses and stored materials.
3. Determines proper storage methods and supervises internal warehouse planning and organizes the storage process.
4. Develops procedures to secure warehouses and preserve stored materials from damage.
5. Monitors warehouse levels and ensures that they are at the required level.
6. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
7. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
8. Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
9. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
10. Prepare annual budget.
11. Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
12. Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
13. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
14. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
15. Issues directives to conduct a periodic inventory of warehouses and prepare periodic reports on the results of the inventory.
16. Follows up on the issuance of records and data related to warehouses.
17. Responsible for planning and executive programs in warehouses.
18. Contacting department and CEO and submitting periodic reports on work results.
19. Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
20. Raise the efficiency of warehouse workers through continuous training and transfer of expertise to them.
