Job Description
Create user-centered designs that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experience.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and coordinate scope with cross-functional peers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies
• Continuously monitor and evaluate application performance across various devices and browsers
• Profile and debug performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal load times.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers to bring your designs to life with pixel-perfect precision.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
2-4 years of experience in product design for web and mobile apps
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, design systems, and interaction design
• understanding of modern front-end technologies, including advanced JavaScript (ESNext features), TypeScript for type safety, bundlers (e.g., Webpack) to optimize build processes and ensure cross-browser compatibility and React
• Experience setting and achieving measurable design KPIs
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong knowledge and experience in front-end technologies, including ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Material UI
