Quality Control:
• Manage and supervise the team of Quality Controllers in his area of responsibilities.
• Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment.
• Ensures the control of non-conforming products (On-hold area).
• Leads and/or coaches’ implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures.
• Participates on daily basis on the Quality Meeting with production (Line QRQC).
• Maintains and controls the respect of quality planning for new projects (product and process release).
• Ensures and coordinates the approval for production processes according to supplier’s specification, customer requirements and internal procedures.
• Ensures the release and follow-up of Deviation Approval for all deviated processes.
• Develops relevant dashboards and monitor department KPI's.
• Maintains the Quality control activities according to customer requirements and/or internal procedures.
• Maintains the technical documents of the client (drawing, additional drawing, technical change)
• Maintains and update the control plan and participates to FMEA reviews.
• Validate the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the daily meeting.
• Prepare data for Monthly reviews with the cross-function team.
Quality Lab:
• Manage and supervise the team of Lab Technicians in his area of responsibilities.
• Monitor daily Lab reports / results and communicate results immediately to production and process.
• Maintains and update the control plan of the QM Lab.
• Prepare new samples / monthly samples to be sent to Vinay.
• Monthly calibration of Lab devices and equipment’s.
• Validate final products according to Lab results.
