Job Description
- Follow-up real estate cycle from with sales operation.
- Follow-up, control and validate payments & collections.
- Revising reservations, contracts, payments, processing and maintaining up-to-date customers’ accounts on System.
- Prepare real estate needed reports such as (Checks wallets and movements).
- Prepare and validate customer aging reports and balances.
- Following up on, collecting and allocating and matching payments with installments.
- Ensuring the payments are collected on time and resolves any collection discrepancies.
- Maintains accounts receivable customer files and records and records related transactions on CRM & JDE systems.
- Controlling on the Customer Accounting & Reviewing receivable transactions.
- Performs accounts reconciliations and prepares needed adjustments.
- Maintains monthly closing for all account’s receivables related accounts.
- Assists in general financial management and analysis and gathering information about customers to be aware of the contact person and the deal terms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- From 3 to 5 years’ experience in the real estate industry is a must
- Very good command of English language.
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office and database.
- ERP knowledge is a must.
- Egyptian accounting standard and real estate industry accounting principles knowledge is a plus.
