Job Description
- Conduct research on new technologies and methodologies related to mechanical power systems and components.
- Design and develop prototypes for new mechanical power products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D findings into product development processes.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct testing and validation of mechanical power products to ensure performance, durability, and safety.
- Provide Training & technical support to customers and internal teams regarding mechanical power products and systems.
- Developing a training plan for all clients based on the type of project.
- Develop an operating plan for the department and distribute the work tasks of the trainers.
- Follow up on the implementation of the operational plan daily.
- Divide the training materials into stages.
- Evaluating the training process and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Solve all problems related to the training stages.
- Receiving manual and material training from department managers.
- Ensure understanding of all technical aspects of projects.
- Implementing the training plan for clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in mechanical power systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science. - Proficiency in mechanical power systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
