Job Description
• Handle all communications between the technical office team and site teams during the project.
• Handle all official communications (e-mails, letters, drawings, samples, etc.) between PM and the clients.
• Preparation of meeting tools and presentations.
• Coordinate needed approvals from the client to support project progress.
• Determining all the required materials for approval and supply.
• Follow up on projects actions and activity list • Dealing with different stakeholders in strategic projects.
• Participating in pre-sales activities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project templates.
• Set up and track project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Perform daily follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to track and monitor progress.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Follow-up on project status and modify plans to mitigate risk and ensure success.
• Publishes daily/weekly status reports that provide project progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Act as the focal point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Communication Dept. or Computer Science.
• Fresh graduate / One year of experience in the same role - project management.
• Strong teamwork, presentation and client-facing skills.
• High ability to deal with multi - or unstructured tasks.
• Efficient management of deadlines.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Excellent planning abilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English languages.
