- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in existing as well as emerging markets.
- Identify potential clients, set meetings, and evaluate clients' needs.
- Promote and maintain strong long- term relationships with clients.
- Provide detailed sales/revenue reports and draw accurate sales forecasts.
- Build, mentor and foster a strong sales team to achieve individual & team objectives
Job Requirements
- 8- 10 years of experience in sales in the freight-forwarding/ logistics industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results and customer-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, team-building and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English.
