Job Description
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the food manufacturing industry to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive online training modules, incorporating various multimedia elements like simulations, videos, and quizzes, specific to food safety, quality control, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA guidelines) when creating training content.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools and platforms effectively.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for learners with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies in the industry.
- Conduct basic learning needs analyses and recommend appropriate instructional methods.
- Assist with the implementation and evaluation of online training programs
- Experience with LMS & Q/A generating
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture/food engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Perfect English Business writing
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing online training materials, preferably within the food manufacturing industry or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and relevant regulations (HACCP, FDA guidelines).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with conducting basic learning needs analyses.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
