Job Description
Plan, organize, and execute events for the shopping centers to drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, marketing materials, staff coordination, and guest relations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to support event success.
• Ensure that all events align with the brand and marketing objectives of Talaat Moustafa Group.
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled while achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports for analysis and improvements.
• Ensure all events comply with legal and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to promote upcoming events through various channels (social media, email, etc.).
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise before, during, or after events to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
• 2-3 years of proven experience in event management, preferably in retail or shopping centers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
• Experience with event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
