Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions at Menia branch.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile branch financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor branch budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the central finance team to ensure alignment of branch and corporate financial practices.
- Conduct periodic audits and inventory checks to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes for the branch.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other statutory financial documents.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to branch management for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a branch or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
