Job Description

  • The social media executive should understand various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and be able to identify the most effective channels for reaching the target audience.
  • should be able to create & come up engaging social media content and copy, that aligns with the brand's messaging and target audience.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the social media executive will need to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to create and execute social media campaigns.
  • analyzing social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • should be familiar with various social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, to schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
  • managing multiple social media channels and campaigns simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • should be able to think creatively to develop engaging social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • aware of industry trends and staying up-to-date on the latest social media marketing best practices and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
  • Prior experience (1-3 Years)  in social media management and marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry, is highly desirable. Experience in B2B marketing is also a plus.
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English
