Job Description

  • Contribute to financial modeling and forecasting: Build and analyze complex financial models to assess investment opportunities, predict future performance, and evaluate financial risks.
  • Support strategic initiatives: Provide financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Conduct financial due diligence: Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, identifying key financial risks and opportunities.
  • Manage capital raising and debt financing: Work with the finance team to secure funding sources and optimize the company's capital structure.
  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across various areas, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Contribute to treasury management: Assist with managing cash flow, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends: Analyze market data and stay abreast of industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a focus on analysis and strategic support.
  • FMVA CPA, MBA, is a HUGE PLUS
  • Experienced Odoo User
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools such as Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong desire to contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
  • Menofia Resident are prefered.
