Job Description
The Reservations Clerk handles incoming reservation requests, ensuring accurate data entry, providing excellent guest service, and supporting the reservations team.
Responsibilities:
- Process reservation requests (phone, email, online).
- Enter and update reservation data in the PMS.
- Provide guest information and answer inquiries.
- Assist with cancellations and modifications.
- Maintain organized records.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate language school
- Hospitality customer service.
- Basic computer skills and PMS knowledge a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hotels experience is a MUST
