Job Description
Receive and process reservations via email, online travel agencies (OTAs), and the hotel's website.
Follow up with travel agents and payments process.
Confirm reservations and send out confirmation letters or emails.
Maintain accurate and organized reservation records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in a travel agency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- very good in English is required.
