Job Requirements
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Recruit talented streamers to join our team through online communication.
- Offer operational support and guidance to help streamers grow their fan base and increase revenue.
- Assist in managing our agency's TikTok account.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in livestream agency operations and a strong understanding of the TikTok livestream ecosystem, including its rules and algorithms, is highly preferred.
- We are looking for a fast learner and strong communicator who excels in building relationships, is a self-starter, and can work independently and efficiently with a goal-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret and analyze data from TikTok’s livestream backstage are highly desirable.
