Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment and HR or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
