Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably in the Architectural & Interior Designs industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to come up with new sales approaches and plans
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and developing profitable business relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
