Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably in the Architectural & Interior Designs industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to come up with new sales approaches and plans
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and developing profitable business relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
