We currently employ over 4.000 talented and passionate individuals, who all espouse the brand’s philosophy of good design for all.Job Description:As a Pre-Sales Executive at Livspace, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and creating exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads for our design consultants. By effectively articulating the value of Livspace's services, you will inspire and guide customers through their home transformation journey.Responsibilities:Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce Livspace's interior design solutions and generate interest.Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their home design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.Collaborate with customers to provide initial design concepts and explain the unique value proposition of Livspace's services.Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for our design consultants to visit customers' homes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including details of calls, conversations, and outcomes, in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to follow up on marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, home decor styles, and Livspace's product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and revenue contribution.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging manner.Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and empathize with customers' design aspirations.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment.Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM systems for lead management and reporting.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Passion for interior design, home decor, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
