Job Description

Drafting, reviewing, and approving all types of contracts, agreements, terms, and conditions for various transactions, including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and services for all departments.
Providing accurate legal advice to any department on legal issues by liaising with the company's external legal offices, ensuring that laws and policies related to their operations are complied with, and that the company is always adequately protected from legal risks and liabilities.
Maintaining and archiving copies of the company’s records, and monitoring the renewal of contracts, records, and other legal documents of the company.
Managing corporate affairs, including Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, drafting meeting minutes, ensuring the proper execution of documentation, and obtaining the necessary approvals from the General Authority for Investment (GAFI).
Staying informed about changes in current legislation directly or indirectly related to business.
Conducting legal research in various fields of law and performing extensive due diligence.
Educating clients and responding to all their legal inquiries and needs to assist them, as well as responding to complaints filed against the company in a legal manner.
Regularly coordinating with the external law firms contracted by the company to receive reports on their work and any updates.
Conducting the required administrative investigations in compliance with the company's disciplinary regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of Corporate legal affair.
