Job Description
- Manages an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing & preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries & agendas.
- Drafts reports, proposals; prepare & coordinates oral & written communication.
- Communicates with company staff, & manages activities, which include coordinating semi-annual staff meetings, dinners/lunches/receptions; arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town visitors & compiling, assembling, & distributing meeting materials.
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining important documents, files, and records.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English & preferably French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
