Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Manage inventory levels and update stock records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Maintain documentation related to logistics, such as invoices, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Process purchase orders and support procurement activities in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (admin, finance, procurement) to ensure timely resource availability.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and handling logistics-related correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
