As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to lead our tech operations and drive digital excellence.
Role Summary
As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and scaling CXKSA’s technology infrastructure, platforms, and solutions.
You will lead a small team of developers, vendors, and technical partners to deliver robust digital products, manage cloud infrastructure (mainly Google Cloud), ensure database reliability, and support the overall CX technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications, APIs, and CX-related platforms.
Manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalability, reliability, and security.
Oversee database management, data modelling, and optimization (SQL and NoSQL systems).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Business) to align technology with business objectives.
Manage external vendors and software development partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop and maintain DevOps and infrastructure processes, including CI/CD pipelines and security protocols.
Ensure platform performance, uptime, and data security.
Lead technical innovation to continuously improve CXKSA’s digital assets and tech offerings.
Establish coding and architecture standards for future scalability.
Support technology needs for events, training programs, certifications, and awards platforms.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Agile project management and sprint planning experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in
Software Development (Full Stack preferred)
Web Development (Front-end and back-end)
Database Management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB)
Cloud Infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong understanding of system architecture, micro services, and cloud-based deployments.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Rubbernecks) is a plus.
Familiarity with CX tools, analytics platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage.
