Job Description
- Setting the operating plan for lines/drivers (daily - weekly - monthly).
- Follow up the maintenance works of all kinds and forms with the maintenance engineer.
- Develop fleet strategy and management plans
- Ensures fleet policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that all drivers understand and procure the licenses and permits they need to legally carry loads to customer destinations
- Ensure that all load paperwork associated with each run is accurate and submitted to the proper people
- Follow-up problems with the operation (driver - bus).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or engineering with preferably a major in Mechanical/Automotive engineering.
- English is very good.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular.)
- 1-2 years of experience in Maintenance or Fleet Management
- 3+ Years of experience as Fleet Supervisor.
- Preferably a bachelor's in Engineering
