Job Description
• Approaching potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
• Understanding Client's need and preparing the needed presentations about all the relevant projects matching their Budget, Location and all their preferences.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Meet clients either in the office or outside (client's premises, developers' premises, project site, etc...).
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Decent and presentable profiles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid negotiation, sales and communication skills.
• Sales experience and basic knowledge about the property market is a great plus for the fresh candidates.
• Very Good Command of English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Preferably owns a car
• Location: New Cairo
