Job Description
Responsible for monitoring maintenance activities related to production machinery and troubleshooting breakdowns while minimizing unplanned downtime.
· Leading, guiding, mentoring, and developing maintenance supervisors and technicians.
· Participating in the preparation and continuous updating of machine maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Monitoring and analyzing machine performance reports, including breakdown rates, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and downtime, with a focus on continuously improving machine performance.
· Identifying, requesting, and ensuring the availability of all necessary materials, spare parts, and equipment.
· Planning, supervising, and precisely executing preventive and scheduled maintenance plans.
· Monitoring the availability of spare parts required for maintenance and notifying management in case of shortages.
· Overseeing the proper recording and documentation of all maintenance activities.
· Conducting necessary trials for new products.
· Inspecting equipment, tools, products, and systems to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and all relevant laws and regulations.
· Participating in the modification and upgrading of machines to improve their efficiency and productivity.
· Ensuring compliance with the company’s occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical or Electrical
• Must have Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics industries
• Years of Experience: 5–10 years in the same field.
• 6th of October or Nearby Residents.
• Good English Language
