Job Description
- Develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Managing both the existing product portfolio & new product launches responsible for marketing plan development & execution.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing Company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products
- Develop financial and market analysis to quantify new opportunities.
- Maintain and update library of competitive claims
- Lead Data gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and grow the brand.
- Manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
Job Requirements
- Experience in FMCG industries is preferred
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
- Excellent knowledge of e-marketing & web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and Google Adwords
