Job Description
- Oversee and execute maintenance activities for shops and kiosks to ensure seamless operations.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in shops and kiosks.
- Design and update layouts using AutoCAD to optimize shop and kiosk functionality.
- Maintain and repair electric panels and ensure their compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with the management office to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Fine Arts
- AutoCAD
- Proven experience in electric panels.
