Skills And Tools:
- Monitor daily scheduled production files and fix/report any issues
- Work on issues reported through our ticketing system; update tickets regularly
- Monitor incoming emails for potential issues and fix/report them appropriately
- Make mapping updates according to coding supplements during project renewals and/or to fix issues
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Knowledge in C, C++, C#, .NET, Database: Oracle SQL, & XML, Documentations: Excel, Word & Outlook express.
- Fluent in English Language is a must (US-based client coordination).
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, Logical reasoning, Clear English Communication Skills, Adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
