Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on maintenance technician to ensure the smooth operation of our 3D printer fleet. With 40+ FDM machines running daily, this role is crucial to maintain production capacity and reduce downtime. The technician will handle repairs, regular maintenance, and machine calibration. If maintenance tasks are low, the technician will support production or QA tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and daily check-ups on FDM 3D printers.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with machines.
Replace worn or faulty components (nozzles, fans, heaters, etc.).
Calibrate printers and ensure print quality standards are met.
Maintain spare parts inventory and notify when stock is low.
Keep logs of maintenance schedules, issues, and fixes.
Assist production team with machine prep when needed (bed leveling, material loading).
Support post-processing or QA when not occupied with maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

Age: 20–35 years.
Education: Technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in technical maintenance, ideally in 3D printing or CNC/industrial machines.
Skills: Mechanically inclined, problem-solving mindset, basic soldering and wiring knowledge.
Personality: Responsible, alert, fast-reacting, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Attitude: Open to working in a team and supporting other departments during low maintenance times.
