Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting for our wood factory
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
