Job Outline:
- To Manage the customer order towards meeting customer satisfaction from day of taking-over of the project to completion of contract for deliveries / invoicing / collection / closing.
- To Maintain / Improve the efficiency of utilization of budgeted resources.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Participate in the pre-launch wherever applicable and later in the conduct/conclusion of the Contract Review and other related documents for completeness of information,
- Launch the order process internally and externally (Project launch & acknowledgement of PO to Customer), in coordination with sales.
- Monitor the Job Progress on an on-going basis towards meeting the project milestones and Job Outline Objectives.
- Co-ordinate with both the Customer and cross functional department on a continuous basis.
- Monitor & Initiate on course corrections to unforeseen slippages to meet the above Objectives,
- Bring to sales and Management attention potential events / cases of risks towards meeting the stated objectives,
- Work towards building a cordial relationship with Customer and various department in Gila.
- 8- Review the Job Progress and Budgeted to Actual performances to project and identify possibilities for improvement
Job Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in project management.
- Electrical projects experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- The ability to work at fast-track projects.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
