For this position, we are looking for a candidate who would be required to:

• Strong experience in preparing Statements of Account (SOA)
• Solid experience in preparing Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA)
• Monitor shipping costs and resolve discrepancies in charges (e.g., port fees, freight costs).
• Strong financial reporting skills, including month-end closing and reconciliation
• Ability to revise and validate port call and transit invoices
• Familiarity with shipping agency operations, port accounting, and vessel financial processes
• Collaborate with the operations team to align financial processes with operational needs.
