Ability to develop and Provide full HVAC design package consisting of cooling load calculations report, HVAC layouts, schedule of equipment , tender BOQ and Specifications, flow diagrams and Sequence of operation.
Develop the concept report including design criteria, estimated block load, Evaluation and comparing between different HVAC systems alternatives and best solutions to the customer.
Develop schematic design and preliminary documents such as all calculations related to sizing and equipment selection, HVAC Air flow Diagrams,
Develop final construction documents including specifications, bill of quantities, sequences of operation as well as the HVAC layout s and Schedules.
Supervising project execution and reviewing shop drawing, Material Submittals, method of statements, requests f or information…..etc.
Prepare tender offers financially and technically.
Performing shop drawings and coordinating the drawings with other disciplines and the actual situation in site.
Supervise the ongoing mechanical works in site.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Able to quickly study and react to complex issues.
Good Leadership skills.
Very good technical experience.
Proficient user of load estimation calculation software, such as Carrier's HAP, and Trane's Trace 700.
Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
Ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities between Egypro FME business needs, organizational issues, and sound customer relations
Experience using computer Mechanical systems design tools, AutoCAD and Revit MEP is essential.
