The required engineer will be responsible for the estimation and pricing of mechanical works, including:

• HVAC systems (of all types and applications)
• Firefighting systems
• Plumbing and sanitary works

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to analyze quotations
• Support in tender submissions and technical documentation
• Review mechanical design inputs and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimization
