Sales Manager Job Summary
The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and motivated. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team and achieve the company goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling leads, and networking.
- Accompany buyers during site visits, and property inspection, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in EGYPT and study factors influencing the property market.
- Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, showing the property to potential tenants….etc.
- Occasionally have administrative tasks and report writing duties, to guide the team’s vision and ensure that everything goes according to plan. Provide a professional level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Oversee projects and supervise the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is pulling their weight, distributing the workload evenly, and that motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate - include 2+ as a sales manager /team leader role is preferred / Real estate experience new Cairo
- Bachelor Degree
- Presentable
- Good English Skills.
- Leadership management
- Proven organizational and planning ability
