Job Description
- Photographs stylized food shots for packaging, e-commerce, restaurants, and other advertising materials to complete projects
- Creates unique lighting and composition specific to each project
- Works with a multitude of props and backgrounds to create unique environments for packaging
- Retouches digital images in Photoshop (or other software) to manipulate / enhance them
- Maintains / operates studio equipment (camera, lights, stands, etc.)
- Collaborates with / takes direction from varied personalities from different departments (e.g., Designers, Brand Managers, Food Stylists, Chefs, Business Development Managers) to understand assignments and related needs
- Adheres to shoot schedules; balances photography needs with post-production / retouching / clipping paths to make best use of time and resources
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in photography
- Languages : Speaking Arabic - English fluently.
- Experience in photography lighting
- Experience working with food stylists (preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and LR
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration and customer service skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
