Job Description
- Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Team and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Handle all shipping requests for customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide backup support to the Sales Team, including assisting with client meetings when needed.
- Validate Sales Orders (SO) created in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with Product Managers to ensure proper handling of back-to-back orders and timely delivery.
- Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Monitor and review pending orders to ensure prompt action and resolution.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Support the Sales Department with other administrative tasks, including Finance and Inventory-related activities.
- Report any unusual activity or discrepancies to the Line Manager.
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.
Job Requirements
- 2 or more years’ experience in sales.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
