Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Growth Marketing Agent to join our dynamic marketing team, with a specific focus on driving growth for our mobile apps. In this role, you will support the development and execution of growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app portfolio. You will work closely with senior marketers to experiment with innovative tactics, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning and implementing growth marketing campaigns for mobile apps across channels such as app store optimization (ASO), paid ads, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Help create and optimize app store listings, ad copy, and email sequences to improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer).
  • Generate reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Experimentation:

  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaigns, messaging, and user experiences within the apps.
  • Brainstorm and propose new ideas for growth experiments tailored to mobile app users.

Audience Research:

  • Conduct research to understand mobile app user behavior, preferences, and market trends.
  • Assist in developing customer personas and segmentation strategies specific to app users.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to align growth efforts with app updates and launches.
  • Support senior marketers in executing multi-channel marketing strategies for mobile apps.

Learning & Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuously develop skills in areas like ASO, paid user acquisition, and mobile app analytics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on mobile apps or digital products.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of app store optimization (ASO), paid user acquisition, and mobile app analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating app-related visuals.
