Job Description
- Purchase raw materials for the manufacturing plants.
- Periodic check to ensure optimal stock levels according to seasonality and forecast.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms agreements and pricing to reach the lowest price, best quality, and best payment facility with existing suppliers, and source out potential new suppliers.
- Follow up on the purchase order delivery schedule with the vendors to ensure sending the goods during the specified supply period.
- Coordination with the warehouse department and the departments concerned with the dates of supply to receive goods.
- Follow up on the needed technical approvals with the technical department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of solid experience in purchasing.
- Males only, maximum age 28.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in person and via email.
- Smart, and seeks to develop himself and learns from mistakes.
- Organized and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and without errors.
- He seeks stability for a long period in the company.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Very high level of English.
- Have hands-on experience with ERP programs, preferably SAP & Oracle.
