- Export sales coordinator will maintain the export sales process steps by coordinating between the sales officers and all of the other involved departments to assure the stability of customers' orders handling and deliveries as per the agreed terms.
- Also, the export sales coordinator will have the role of sales with some customers and this will be done after achieving a certain level of experience in the company business.
Responsibilities Will Be As Follows:
- Properly receiving and filing the customer orders from the sales officers
- Checking the availability of the ordered items, and coordinate with the purchasing department to bring the shortage items available.
- Maintaining the stock levels with the purchasing department.
- Monitoring and promoting slow-moving items.
- Working on plans for scheduling the shipments in coordination with the logistics department.
- Handling some customer's sales inquiries.
- Other responsibilities may be handled by the candidate depending on the job requirements and candidate qualifications.
