We are looking for an accountant to work remotely, who has sufficient experience in managing the entire accounting operations.

Job Description:

Managing all accounting operations independently.
Submitting monthly and periodic reports regularly.

Accurately and professionally managing accounting work with a commercial sense, providing advice through accurate and clear accounting reports, and explaining them to management to inform them of any accounting or financial observations for better management of the company.
Job Responsibilities:

Building the accounting record for the company and distributing payment and receipt accounts and others.
Managing payment/expenses accounting work and all related matters such as invoices, receipts, reports, and follow-up to payees.
Preparing tax reports and submitting them to the tax auditor, then entering them into the tax calculation system.
Managing receipts accounting work and all related matters such as outgoing invoices, periodic reports, and follow-up to ensure payments are received on time.
Managing late receipts follow-up operations and providing periodic reports on them.
Communicating with the company's customers, clients, and partners and following up on payments or receipts.
Dealing with customers and partners and communicating with them to reach an agreement in case of differences in invoice or financial reports estimation.
Managing accounting with sister companies in the group and preparing reports that illustrate the balance of accounts between companies.
Managing salary accounts and all types of allowances and expenses related to employees.
Monitoring bank accounts and ensuring that all creditor and debtor transactions are recorded in the accounting system, and submitting reports on any imbalance in these bank accounts.
